So everyone, after all my searches I have only found only 3 vids showing the 22e and two of those were low quality walkera demo vids showing a little hover and some forward flight.

If anyone can post, donate, link, some 22e vids it would be awesome for us now and those researching the 22e for future purchase. Unfortunately I don't have anything to start this thread with since I'm a n00b pilot, but I'll post my sloppy hovers as soon as I can. Thanks everyone!!

mbu10 i like your videos .. you are really in control with you DF22E are u still using the walkera electronics or you are using another one.. I cannot do that with my DF40, I find you DF22E alot stable... you can hover in one place without any movements.

thanks for the compliments only been going about 2 weeks
did buy 2 li-poly batts so that could fly longer so manage about 1 to 1 /1/4 hours a day
but everything else is standard
just trimmed up and can hang around all day now
when it stops raining and wind goes away in england will take outside and do some moving around - but that will have to wait till it gts nicer weather
i have bought a small camera and will mount this on the heli (less than 50 grams inc battry) will take some in flight video as well
but prob have to wait till i get back from holiday

are you a new flier? if so, YES, it's going to be a challenge to fly. If you're not new, Yes it's going to be a challenge to fly, for goodness sakes it's a helicopter!

Will it break often... that depends on how often you crash, but, per crash it'll probably break a good bit of the time, mostly just minor stuff I'd guess, make SURE to stock up on TAIL MOTORS, SKIDS, MAIN SHAFTS, BLADES, you'll see those go the most often.

The W#22E is a very nimble heli and not quite RTF out of the box, you have to take the time to setup and trim it properly. It is not a beginner's heli.
Any flying machine needs periodic and proper maintenance, mechanical wise it will break down and electronic will burn up.
If you crash and it always certain that some thing will be damage, for the W#22E, the most common crash damage parts included the main blades, shaft, the seesaw, connecting rods, the Al boom, tail blades, tail motor, some times stripping the servo gear.

Here's the link for my stock W#22E parking log hovering:

e_heli, nice flying, however, try and keep your tail in one orientation (don't know if you meant to do the slow spinning or not) as that makes it a little easier to fly! Other then that, you're doing pretty good, all you need is a little more practice with keeping the heli in one spot and then you should try to do some simple forward flight!

Hey got my heli today i decided before i risk any damage i should bring it to the hobby shop my my place to get a n experts trims or sum i hope they dun charge nuthing so.. yea but one thing i notice that one of the servos seam to be stuck or sumthing like if looking at the heli from the back the left servo's arm is fully upright and therefore wont move so the blades are stuck i dunno know what to do. And another thing is that the blade generates wind upward instead of down so it doesnt get off the ground if anyone can help that would be great. :}
