The rotostart in my Sirio .30 has worn down the shaft to the point where the one way bearing no longer can get friction. Meaning, it will not crank the engine around at all. I've tried cleaning the bearings etc., but as far as I can tell it's the shafts that's worn down.

Now, the question is, where do I find this spare part? Or, should I simply try to replace the entire roto start kit? Any suggestions?

Status: offline 		usually the shaft outlasts the one way bearing several times. are you sure it`s not the one way bearing slipping on the shaft. I would first try to clean the bearing and then replace it if that didn`t work. your sirio dealer should have all you need, or else tower hobbies

Status: offline 		I'm pretty sure it's the shaft, I can definitely see it being worn down. And when I took it out of the engine, if I push the shaft further "on" the one-way bearring, it grabs it just fine. But at the end of the shaft (where it's worn down) it can not get any "grip".

I'll check with the LHS and see if they have any parts. I couldn't find anything on Tower Hobbies, they sell the engine, but I could not see any parts listings.
