I'm off to Hong Kong for a few days....Hopefully the missus will get jetlag so I can sloath off and find a good RC aircraft shop

Anyone know of any. I'm after I/C plane engines and JR radio

Status: offline 		I found one there but that was over 10 years ago - over in Kowloon - nice ferry ride and short walk. I found it in the phone book. Prices much higher than in the US however, mabye good deal for UK.

If I was going again I would try to find one of the ARF manufacturing shops, now that would be something neat to see.

Status: offline 		JR distributor: Winning Enterprises at 3/F, On Dak Industrial Building, 2-6 Wah Sing Street, Tai Lin Pai, Kwai Chung (near Kwai Hing underground). Also carries Thunder Tiger engines.
O.S. engines distributor: The Radar Co. G/F, Grandeur Factory Building, 368 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon (near Ngau Tau Kok underground). Also carries the World Models.

Status: offline 		Alright while you're at HK you might want to see a few more things:
Rolex watches - along Temple Street (near Yau Ma Tei underground)
Walkera stuffs - along Apliu Street (near Sham Shui Po underground)
Real Pandas - Ocean Park, southern HK Island; with the famous Jumbo Floating Seafood Restaurant nearby
No more model shops in Tsimshatsui tho, if you're thinking about taking the ferry to Kowloon... you can still visit the promanade near the ferry pier good view of the harbour and there's a Bruce Lee statue.

Status: offline 		They're OK if you use by the whole set and not mix with genuine ones... just kidding! BB like to joke around and you know what, monkey brains are served live! It's illegal to eat monkeys in HK but what we call "monkey mountain" is only 5-10 mins away from the JR distributor.

And they only make fake Futaba radios. More popular brand, more sales! So don't worry.
