Jspeed, where do you buy your Ipanema tires? I'll definitely going to get that tire if it really last a gallon of fuel.

To adjust rear toe you need to get the Kyosho parts tree #IF-124B, it har different rear toe blocks and front upper & lower pin holders. They help dial in the car to your driving style a lot.

The clear Ferrari body is a hard to find item. I think I heard that Winner's Circle had some. try calling Lee at 1815 Vintage Drive, Snellville, GA 30078 Phone: (866)-648-7672 or http://gasrccar.com/eshop/

I've been getting serious traction & run time out of the Ipanema/Sintec 45 shore belted radial slicks down here in the Florida heat. Last race I used them I ran (2) 5min warmups, qualify and 15min main at Port Charlotte's track and they're just scuffed in & ready for the Race at Fort Myers in two weeks. If you race in Florida, the 45 shore is the ticket, you can also use the 40shore on the rear of the car for a little more traction out back.

Anyone racing the IGT in colder climates can go with their 40 & 35 shore slicks.

Check out these dealers on the Ipanema Racing website.

Ipanema Racing is looking for a good dealers in the Miami area & accross America too.

Well, ran the Kyosho Inferno GT at the Homestead Miami Speedway R/C track and WOW…What a Blast! The track’s layout is flowing and fast. It really is a lot of fun with the IGT.

The factory 15/19 clutch bell gearing worked well around the track, especially in the infield and chicane areas. The long straight in front of the driver’s stand lets you get the car up to impressive speed, but you’ll have to lift off the throttle to enter the sweeper because the wall will be waiting, lol.

The Ipanema Racing slicks were awesome all day. I ran the 40 shore front tires & the 35 shore out back until mid-day. Went thru ½ a gallon on a new set and they’re looking ready for the next race at Fort Myers.

Anyone with an IGT in the greater Miami metro area should seriously consider checking out the track at Homestead. It’s a lot more fun racing on this track than you can imagine!

Check it out, it's in the fast lane.

all this talk about tracks is pushing me to fulfill my earlier desire to get some mini cones and setup temporary courses in parking lots where i run with friends - ala RC autocross haha.

i finally sorted out my understeer issue by reducing front camber to near 0 (in addition to the previously mentioned plastic blocks). now it responds really well with those sway bars when i perform "slalom" maneuvers and turns-in nicely and has nice corner exit steering. it still plows a bit midcorner under acceleration, but depending on how abrupt throttle input is, i can kick the back out in mid-corner as well. it also has some snap oversteer on bumpy corners under acceleration, but that's fine for now.

My friend is trying to convert his Inferno 7.5 buggy in to GT. All he needs now is the 2 speed tranny, the problem is we have no luck seaching it online, even the part
number of it. We are looking for the one set 2 speed tranny of the Inferno GT not the separate pieces.
Does anybody know the part number of it and where to buy it.

Hey everybody,

Got a question for you guys, has anybody else figure out a way to solve the 2 speed wear. I know we got a couple but I don't want to perform all kind of cutting on the shaft or drill out my chassis.

Also, I am trying to sell a BRAND NEW Mach 427 engine without spinstart backplate. $120 shipped. PM me if anyone is interested (paypal only). I will post pics as soon as possible.

Wow!!! $100 for a mach 427 engine combo. Damn, you are lucky. I wished I got that deal. Well, I will wait and see.

if you blew it in 3 runs then u meshed it wrong OR your useing the wrong gearing combo on ur clutch bell, becuase before i figure out the hole single speed thing i ran a RB modded picco 28 with the HPI pinions for a while and my second gear use to last me between 1 and 2 gallons of fuel, and this was useing the bushing not the bearing the bushing is a crappy desine but with it replaced with a bearing the spur gear can last GALLON'S and GALLON'S of fuel

did you flip the car??? alot of people dont know u shoudl always check the mesh of you car in a flip over on ashphalt since the motor hiting the street is a HUGE jolt and straighn on the motor jsut thought id share that little info

i saw a few days a go a awsome mod on that kyosho forum ill try looking for it a guy used the tranny spur gear from a savage in the place of the second gear on the inferno gt ima look for the link.......
