Well now, I'll be dipped! Its finally comin out this summer. Who's gonna be at their LHS or on the phone ordering as soon as they possibly can?

I wonder when they will announce pre order dates. Opinions anyone?

Pics I know they have been posted before, but eh.

One thing we can be thankful for, is that it looks like the ST class will be making a comeback too!

It looks like they have a rotary carb setup ATM. But, I'm pretty sure they'll have info in the instructions as to how to set up your linkages for a slide carb.

deffinately sweet. only things i am dissapointed in are the loss of simplicity from the original single chasis design. it does look like you get much better protection for your electronics...and the quick release is sort of unfortunate because if your lhs doesnt have those exact wheels, its a bit of a hassle. although that is cool.

It uses a SG shaft....with a rotary......
I hope they use the body in the pics on the RTR. That will atract newbies.

As long as it says LRP, that's good enough for me.
There is only 4 different engine makers....

There are more than just 4 who actually make engines. Toki, rossi, STS, SH, OS, Kyosho and many more.

Awesome!

Aren't the front wheels supposed to be quick release as well?

I noticed the rear hub was plastic and the AD2 is aluminum, not sure if that matters or not, but it looks like it will have more grip on the rim. I also like how the front shock tower stands upright more.

I’ve had AE all my racing years but finally ran an AD2 last weekend for my first time at the track, I have to say that the AD2 handles MUCH better than my GT on a tight blue groove track. Hopefully this one will feel similar to the AD2 (with the lower CG) but be more durable.

I'm anxious to see it perform! This will probably be my next truck.

Thanks for the pics.

lol....There is more than 4 engine manufactures. Maybe I said it wrong. There is 4 plants the produce these types of engines and distribute them to manufacturers to tool them for there liking.
Now I can't remember the names (couldn't say them when I got the info) to be specific

That was where the AD2 shinned, on blue grove while teh GT was better on the ruff stuff. Until this years Indoor gas champs! Ryan Maifield took te TQ and the win on blue grove.

I'm itching too...

It's sad to admit this but the thing that excites me most about this truck is the battery box (smack me)!

Yay for the batteries staying in and not looking like McGiver touched it and only had a bottle of shoegoo and electrical tape to work with!

Anyways, I guess they cut 100 molds three weeks ago so hopefully we'll see mass production soon!

3 things i like bout this truck more than anything else, they finally have a good steering servo location , 2... your receiver is now in a box, and 3, the battery box.

what is with the gt2, is it a new model. it is better to wait for other new asso models or is it a good idea to buy the rc10gt factory team kit. i like performance parts, so the factory team kit is pretty cool
what do you think?

Heh...Looks nice.

I hope some of the parts are interchangeable with the original rc10gt (like the shock towers and a-arms, maybe the battery box...etc..).

Looks alright though, Not as simple looking as the gt now but meh.
