you might as well opt for a truggy. Revo wont stay in style at this rate, kinda why traxxas made a re-release, so they can "stay in the game". But anyways, this is a GT2 thread.

I'd like to see how the tranny looks

I wonder if the gears were pulling away from each other... the top gear and idler. Thats a good way to eat up a tranny. Done that before on that kyosho ultima i once had.

i wasn't a fan of the old gt... the servo location, the way the receiver was out in the open, and many many more reasons. THIS ONE, i like!

I think the on/off switch is still out in the open and a bit too exposed. It should be in the Rx tray part so the wires could be routed and not exposed!

Depends on how bad you want to get into the hobby. RC10GT is now obsolete as soon as GT2 comes out, so i bet parts will eventually be hard to find.

Yea ok...

I highly doubt they will stop production on the rc10gt just because the new version came out. If anything they will continure to make parts for more $.

And how do you know the rc10gt2 will make the rc10gt obsolete? it could suck, or it could not. There is no way of telling until we get some people to test and drive it and have their opinions on it.

Dont count your chickens before the hatch.

I don't like all the plastic on it, or the new rear wheel system. I'll probably end up getting one though, I'm a sucker for AE cars .

If I get one the first thing to go will be all that ugly plastic crap, deffinately gonna have to do some custom CF parts. Quick release will probably have to go as well.
