I got my DA-100 in last night so I wanted to go over a list of what I'm ordering and questions on certain things. Please let me know if I have left out anything.

Servos
8 JR-8611a servos
1 JR-DS811 servo - throttle
1 standard BB servo for choke
6 SWB 1 1/4" double locking servo arms
Don's Hobby Shop Pull-Pull System
Question: The manual mentions having your own rudder servo horn made - the website states the plane comes with one. What else do I need to connect these 2 rudder servos? (First dual rudder servo experience)

Exhaust
MTW-TD75 Cannister System with 2" header drop

Additional Electrical/Servo
3 Smart-Fly Equalizer IIs
1 Smart-Fly Optical Ignition Cutoff
3 Fromeco 2400 mah Li-Ion battery packs with deans connectors
3 Fromeco Adjustable Regulators - deans connector
3 Fromeco Badger switches (I'm running 2 receivers)
Airwild twisted servo extensions - anyone know the lengths needed?

Prop/Engine
27x10 PT Models CF Prop
4 1/2 Spinner - Anyone out there recommend Tru Turn or a Pete's Models CF Spinner? Would the CF be too light?
Standoffs - No idea what standoffs to buy for a DA-100 - please let me know.

I would go by tru-turn or Airwild spinner.
stand offs, I guess is uncluded.(wooden blocks)
2-48" extension for elevator. 2-24" for aileron. 2-3" for aileron.
Quique's experience is running one receiver is better(gives you more range)! You can run match boxes for Ailerons and rudder and having one receiver.

I guess the big thing missing is the plane

Have a good day,
Reza

You will love the covering quality of this new generation Yak 102". I have the only one and the first one out of the production line and it is just OUTSTANDING. Keep me posted of what you think when you got yours.

Thank you,
Reza

I definitely will. As far as the changes go, I'm very excited about the gear changes and canopy changes. The ONLY thing I can really think of that would make life easier on building this would be a engine mounting template like the 50cc 85" version has.

I'm probably going to buy 3/4" standoffs for the DA-100, I know the wood blocks work but its just personal preference and the cost isn't really bad.

To be honest, I've been riding the fence between this plane and a competitors 100cc 260 model ONLY due to some of the complaints with the last batch - my 85" sold me on the 102" for the most part but the updates you mentioned sealed it.

Thank you for your comments. I am including a template in the new manual. If by the time you got your plane, manual wasn't ready I'll email you the template. I have already made it and want to double check on my plane before make it available. So you should be all set
