stock its closer to 18ish... dont know about the insains... two motors are better than one because they share the load... the amp draw is about the same with 2 vs 1, but since in a 2 motor setup each motor is only doing half the work, it will last much longer than one motor alone would, plus the truck, while having the same top speed, will accelerate much faster...

I think you will be OK with that 4200kV.... If it goes too fast go to a smaller pinion or bigger spur.... It might be a little faster than stock, but I dont think it will be too bad... the main thing is it will be maintenance free

Well I've second guessed my self once again..I was browsing through Losi's BL set-ups and noticed a 6000kv..would that be a good choice too? Since its kinda in the middle of Mamba's smallest and I guess mid range KV..

Hello,

Is this a live thread or not? Let's see. OK, its seems as if I might have one malfunctioning servo, since the sterring is limited, or its another problem. There is an un-natural crunching noise when the servos are actuated. The mounted servos themselves move at the point of attachment side-to-side - crunch, crunch. I didnt notice that before. It took a few frontal hits at low speed but nothing spectacular. Any thought on what the problem is?

Thanks for any comments or suggestions.
