ORIGINAL: extra 300 Hello guys, I have test flown my new Carden Extra 330 powered with a new DA 150 last Sunday. I have been so relaxed with this marvelous plane that I forgot that I was running a new engine on a new airframe. Although my flying capabilities are very limited I was able to hover/torque roll for quite some time after the 3rd flight. Back to the workshop, i had a closer look to the engine and found out that left cylinder turned into light pink color. To my knowledge, this is a sign of overheating. One thing I failed to do is create buffeting inside cowl to cool engine. Can someone guide me into this venture? and do you think that engine has been damaged due to this? Appreciate all advice on this issue. Thanks.
