Welcome to Bennie and the guys from AMT......just a note to thank Bennie for the updated ECU on my original Pegasus to the new Tom Cook style exhaust gas temp probe. Really a quality piece of workmanship in this new probe and it works great. I appreciate the upgrade. Both of my Pegasus' turbines are running flawless.

Thanks, Richard

I have four AMTUSA engines.
(2) at280's (1) at180 and (1) at450.
The 180 and the 450 were sent back last year anwere upgraded to the a'new air start"
They run very well.
One of the 280s was sent back for upgrade to the new electric start system.
What a joke.
The engine will not start.
So I used the old air start system, and it runs perfect.
My one question is can you repair any of these engines and or update them with your electric system?
I don't trust these people any more.
If you can not I will buy new JET CAT engines.

Hi Roger,

Yes, we at AMT Netherlands can convert that "Pegasus" engine into an E-start system, we did do this in the past with US engines.

Best regards,
Bennie

Bennie, you guys have had this forum for several months now and no one has voiced any problems or complaints concerning AMT NL. It really speaks well of your turbines......you would think that with all the AMT NL turbines out there someone might have had a problem. You build a great product guys.....not a single gripe or complaint.

From a 100% satisfied owner of 2 Peagus' ES. Richard

Hey guys,

I just bought a RTF jet with a AMT Mercury turbine in it. I have no experience with these and need assistance in getting a manual. Could someone please send me a PDF manual? I need to know the safety and operations guidelines. I also need to know the proper startup and shutdown proceedures etc. It is a manual start.

Thanks,
Andy

Hey Andy.....
I do not have any Merc's, but Paul does. He might be able to get you a copy. I will get in touch with Benny and see what he can do. Did you try the Website to find a manual download?

I'll stay in touch.

BR

I couldn't find a link on the website for the manuals. The serial number on the engine is 8N142. Thanks,
