Is there certain traits a plane will have with a IMAC type of CG? I want to set 2 of my plane up for an IMAC dayview.

Depends on the plane your flying . Normaly you want the plane to break clean in Imac on the stall. 3D setups you will want to move the CG slightly back . I normally set my 33% Edge540T up so I dont have to hold any stick when I am inverted. also I have to mix in a little down elevator with idle so the plane will continue on a straight downline. When in knife edge if you are to tail heavy the plane will pitch to the belly. You just have to fly the plane and set it up the way you like the plane to fly . If you can have a spotter watch you as you fly that can be helpfull because they can see things that you wont as you fly. Hope that helps some.

It is most important to fly what you are comfortable with. If this is your first contest with a olane that flies halfway good that you are used to- DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!
