Hey,

I have this Duratrax charger, and I want to attach the thing that fits into the glow stick to the charger so I can get faster charges. The thing is, I dont know which wire I should attach to positive or negative. Is the interior metal piece on the glow stick positive, or negative?

Secondly, would it be wise to discharge a one cell glow stick at a 1 amp rate? That's the only discharge rate I have.

Thanks, and sorry if my post is confusing.

I did the same thing with my glow igniter and my charger for larger packs. I used a volt meter to determine which lead was pos or neg from the original glow charger. Check the charge rate of the glow igniter charger vs the minimum current you can achieve through your duratrax charger. It might be pointless to try, if your charger wont recognize the voltage from one cell. That was the case when I tried. It was a long time ago, i must say, when the novak digi-peak plus was the hot charger. I always had to keep pressing the charge button on the charger to keep it charging at low voltage and 1 or 2 amps.
