So guys, what engines are you going to be running in this beast?
I have 1 DA-100 and 1 DA-50, probably going to stay with DA but just wanted some differing opinions. Evolution 116?
It's cannister ready like the 86" and 120" - what about pipes? Would a set of greaves pipes make sense?

I want to start buying equipment for it soon so just opening up some more discussion.

Hey Shakes,

It will be canister ready like the 86". Greave pipes would make sense but you won't need them. Plane will weigh same as your 102". Do you feel you need more power on the 102"

I would set it up exactll like the 102" and enjoy it.

Reza

Reza, will it be easier to put cannisters in it than in the 102"? I definitely plan on a smoke system. My 102" has plenty of power, the power-weight ratio is much better on the 102" than on my 85" with the DA-50.

That looks really good David.

I see QQ is now using spread spectrum...

One improvement though would be to paint the cowl black around the cooling inlet like on the 73"... It looks a bit like a letterbox being all yellow.

Cheers
Jason.

Can you imagine the covering dude that got the picture to do this scheme? He musta been saying "You've GOT to be midding me!"

It has so many layers and curves it makes my head spin as to how I'd go about doing it myself.

I think I meationed before how excited I am anout this model... the video shows some unreal capabilities not normally seen in a bipe...
