Status: online 		Less than a week away, the Terre Haute R/C Club will host their annual Warbird Fly-In on Memorial Day (May 28). I'll be there as usual, trying out my new Saito .82 in my Top Flite Corsair and getting some time on my electric powered H-9 Corsair. Wish I could bring a few more planes, but I'll be traveiling with 3 family members this year (usually just me and my wife) so I won't have as much room for planes.

This event is listed in Model Avaition, but I haven't been able to find much on the web, except map/ directions:

Please note: the field is about 10 miles south of Terre Haute, along U.S. 41 (or "Highway 41" as the Allman Brothers would say)

Apparently, and like many other clubs, their web-site is not updated very often, but here is a link to last years event:

Nope, Monday/ Memorial Day only. I'll be passing thru the area on my way to my land in Kentucky, and plan on camping at a nearby campground (Fowler Park) on Sunday nite.

Status: online 		Looks to be pretty good weather for flying, except for the threat of an isolated thunderstorm (what's the difference between isolated and scattered anyways?)
Temps at flying time should be in upper 80s, with humidity around 65% dropping to around 55%. Winds should be calm: 5~6 mph and headed right down the runway.

Status: offline 		Sorry didn't catch this post until now... may be a little late... You must have hit the site just before I got the new event up and running.. I try to update the site once a week.. (OK.. so it does not work out that way most of the time...) This is only Sunday event.... Check out the THRCC web site...

I did put a notice on the event cal here...
