hi i need some help, i bought a new cooling head for my engine but 2 of the alan screws have rounded of and they wont come off. any one got any ideas?

for next time use a better fitting head (hex driver head) , you might want to spray it with wd-40 and see if that will slightly help, if not, you might want to try and make a notch someh ow for a flathead screwdriver, unless you want to destroy your old cooling head which in that case cut it off as low as possible and then notch the screws with a dremel cutting bit

You can take a shot at JB Welding in the correct wrench. Clean up your wrench and bolt really well, then use a little JB and stick the wrench in the bolt, let it harden, and if you're really lucky, it may come right out. Since you have 2 rounded bolts, cut the wrench where the first bolt is glued, and give the other one a shot.....
