The engine is now working perfectly. The best position for the idle screw was when it covered exactly half of the hole. Using new Contest 10 fuel and a new Enya No.3 glow plug helped as well. The boat went so fast that I found it hard to control.

Status: offline 		I used a Merco .61 on a Kwk Fly III in the early 70's, reliable engine, easy to set up but keep in mind they are a English engine &  were designed to use fuel with no nitro
