Status: offline 		Anyone have any thoughts on the red alert brand fuel??I will be using it in a 2.5R engine if that matters.What's the best fuel to use on a budget?Anyone have any suggestions.Thanks for your input! Yes I am some what new to the hobby.

Status: offline 		Traxxas doesn't tell you what oil percentage is in their fuel and their engine manual gives no help; it just says run their fuel. They at least do tell you it's a castor/synthetic blend.

Red Alert is from Duratrax so it's probably pretty good.

S&W Hobby, in Tatamy PA, blends and sells their own brand. http://www.s-whobby.com/prices.html Pricing looks similar to what Tower Hobbies charges for the Duratrax fuel.
