Can't you run it on grass, mud, lilypads etc?

No need for a full pond.

well first off my pond was finished this year so it hasnt completely filled up it still has about 20 feet to go and there are trees sticking out of the water. they will be under the water when it fills up. as far as grass i dont have much because we just finished leveling our land so grass
is far and few between. i just talked to my neighbor and he said i could use his pond so probably thursday i will have some action shots at the very least. i could run it on dirt but the motor would suck in the dust just in case you asked.

heres it is, the boat hops in the turns i dont know why maybe some of you could give me some advice. the pond was a little small to go wide open but i tried and hit the bank a few times but no damage. my pond is 500 feet long so when it fills i will be able to open her up and get some speed. video

The hop in the turns is coming from the inside chime rake. If your slowing down in the turns, the boat is at the point of getting off of step and trying to get back on. Adding in a second lifting block on the side chime rakes, located even with the rear radio box bulkhead, will help to lay the hull back flat. First try slowing a little before the turn, then power back up some in the turns. How is it running on the SAW's? Does it have a good speed? Needing any more or less power?
