I was wondering if anyone is running a 4WD electric truggy? I see that a few companies make some conversions from different models but no one actually produces one. Do any companies make a truggy thats just a roller? I'm looking for a full truggy body, suspention, frame, everything but the gas motor and fuel tank. I'd like to make a brushless truggy to have some fun with, any suggestions?

No one has any suggestions? No one knows of any truggy / stadium truck produced thats 4WD, not RTR, no motor?
I figured one of our experts would know something.

Thanks for the reply Scouser. I was actually just browsing through their site a few weks ago. Does anyone have one of these Buggys or Truggys? Here is the link to the Fine Design products.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, Chris Fine (Owner of Fine Design) is a con artist. If any of the electronics he supplies go bad, or fry, you're pretty much screwed. He often won't have it reapaired and say it's your fault, and he has a bad reputation on the internet. I would stay away from him until he changes for the better. Besides, it's not that hard to make an electric truggy. All you need is a plastic spur, and a way to mount the motors. (E-Maxx motorplate or custom one works great.)

Visit rcmonster.com and check thier forum. They have quite a few buggy and truggy conversions to check out. Plus the people on that forum love to share information.

I have worked with Chris in the past with no problems. just my .02

www.gorilliamaxx.com- makes a conversion for a revo.

I saw a converted mayhem for sale on ebay as well.

99% of comments on fine design are negative. those conversions look pretty good, but be warned! rc-monster.com is the place. i just bought a jammin' x1 crt rtr and gutted all the nitro stuff. this baby is going to surprise everyone at my track. you should see their faces when i run my revo. the monster can answer all of your questions and help you get custom parts made.

you can try kershaw designs they customize a lot of stuff ..i saw an electric lsp on truggyracers too..Dan at kershaw designs can be contacted easily and i never heard any negative feedbacks about them..ive emailed him everyday about my savage conversion and hes been patient in responding to emails..

i made a hot bodies lightning stadium pro-r into a brushless truggy...istill need to get the brushless system and paint the body...i'll try and post a pic when i get back from the hobby shop

guy's i don't have a truggy i have a rustler. is it possible if i could get a truggy conversion for it?
