I'm not sure who wants the calibration specs for our radar gun, but I think many people think that there's some secret code like in Contra to get unlimited lives. The calibration of most radar guns, and check is simply a tuning fork. When I hit the fork and place it in from of the gun it should read what the frequency is set to, which it does. Radar guns really don't "fall out of calibration" where it reads 50% more than it should. Our test of the speed was without the restrictive extension on the muffler (it's not a tuned pipe) and we reached our top speed in a pretty good distance. If you read our mag, or even go to our website where the review is posted, you'll see the actual plotted curve of the acceleration. I'm not sure why everybody has to say that magazines are big liars, but what makes everybody else more credible. Does not owning one and saying everybody else lies make you the expert? The 5B is fast and fun. It's not made to do 50mph out of the box and at that speed it would kill somebody. Check out our video on our website and see that they are fun, do have lots of low-end and are fast. These engines don't rev like smaller nitro engines and even off idle they spin the tires easily...they just don't sound like they are trying. TORQUE doesn't make noise.
