Hi buckiflyer,

I will keep you guys posted in two weeks. They should be here by Oct hopefully, but like I said I will update you as soon as I have more accurate info. Enjoy the forum and don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have. I am glad if I could be at any help.

Would this be a good first gasser? I've heard and seen these QQ-yaks from all sizes, fly and they look amazing in the air and people tell me they are so #$*@% nice! lol

Thanks,
Matt

Matt, my 85" was my first gasser. On low rates it flies so nice and easy but still very precise. It lands very very slow and it builds confidence in your flying. I started learning 3D on this plane. I had never tried a 3D manuever in my life until I got my 85". The 86" changes lend themselves to an easier to assemble plane than the 85" so don't be afraid of building it. Just take care of it, perform regular maintenance and go easy on the landings and you'll have a great airplane that will last.

Hi Matt,

Shakes said it all. I'd like to add that the 86" will have a very detailed manual and will be easier to build than the 85".

Good luck on your decision,
Reza

Cool, thanks for your input guys. Does anyone have a video for the 86" also what engine would be the best for it. Oh wait, the 86"er isn't out yet, right?

Regards,
Matt

Ok greetings from Australia,
Im interested in getting a 86'er when they are released, are they going to cost the same as the 85'er or are they going to be more expencive. How long will it be till the Australia Distributer will get the 86'er in stock. Will it be latter than you get yours. if how much later? Thanks mate

Hi RCFreak,

It's good to have you here. It will cost the same. I think Australian dealer will get it after we receive our shipment. As soon as we get the 86" in stock, Australian dealer can order as many as they want. Please check with your dealer and they can make arrangements with us.

Have a good one,
Reza

Hi Reza,

I think the Australian Dealer HobbyMan has a heap of 85" kits to offload first. When I enquired about my 73" he tried to get me to buy an 85" instead. Gave the feeling that he was having trouble moving them. Could have sold them all by now anyway.

Cheers
Jason.

For those of you who are looking for the 85", that's the place to go. Most dealers that I know are sold out. Hope this gets the message out to those who are looking for an 85".

Thanks Jason.
