Well, if Keith Leonard said it's not good, then it must be true. Granted, I have NO idea who the guy is, but I'll be sure to take his opinion over the dozens of glowing reviews I read and heard about.

Kieth Leonard! Oh no. Yeah, who is that guy anyway?

Get you head out of your butt my friend, the overwhelming majority love this truck, and the fact that it handles more like a buggy than a truggy. Without owning one, its obvious that it MUST steer better, if you observe how far forward the drivetrain in on the chassis, which means weight to the front. It is wider, which means it is more stable.

Don't take your opinion from someone who is probably being paid to drive Jammin, or doesnt have the rubles to buy a new Prospec 5T. Watch out for the Caster Racing Knight as well, heavy design cues from the X5T, at much less cost. That is the one I think I will try.

LMAO well, actually i might give that kit a try as well. but the MBX5T truggy chassis kit (non prospec) is like 450 bucks, comes pretty much dialed, allot better than the LSP-R thats for sure and maybe even at the same level as the STR. the prospec would be ideal, but if i was going to spend that much, then i would definately look at a tazer for sure. i really like some of those set ups, in fact i like the idea on how i can customize the final drive ratio, something other kits do not offer. i would like to run a 4.30 Drive-Train Ratio. the mugen comes with a 4.6, which is ok, but i will like to run a 48T spur gear and go from there. i would like to achieve a final drive ratio of 15.876 with my motor/clutch set up (which i can now with my current trug)

i also like the fact on how i could run zero offset with the Tazer (correct me if i am wrong) so i dont have to run hub extenders to run the zero offsets, although i hear that doesnt effect the mugen at all as far as performance goes. i dont need the pivot ball suspension in the rear, but i would like it up front, like the mugen. i also really like the mugens fuel tank, the prospec shock towers, low center gear so the drivetrain can be nice and level, i could keep going, but i am looking into how much them Mugen parts cost in comparison to them OFNA parts/and of course to the cost of kyosho parts.

there is so much to choose from, and i honestly have some time to think it over. also if i consider to drive a buggy in the future, thats another thing to consider, i would have to look into which will be compatable with each other.

this is actually driving me crazy, the wife done took the wallet away from me, she laid the smack down LMAO i was told i have to wait two months before i buy anything, the whole anniversary thing and the sons birthday thing kinda threw a rock in the flywheel, gatta love the family LOL
