Any issues with Ys 160 in 73" Yak ? I had it in a 2m Funtana which was great, was a little concerned with engine movement on simple 'Lord Mounts', i.e rubber isolators. Should I use one of the expensive flexible mounts ? Kick back on these engines can be very harsh on an airframe. Also have you any particular advice on muffler for this engine ? I have a short muffler with a rigid cooling header but do not think this will fit ?

You definitely need soft mount for that engine. YA 1.6 DZ as you mentioned correctly has lots of vibration, try to dampen it by using soft mounts. As far as muffler goes, you may have trouble fitting it. Call Quique to see if he has any advise on that. 937 629-0339.
