in the last few days ive been running in my new hpi car.
im running it in on 5% nitro because my hobby shop didnt have 10%
it seems to be going very slow...
i know it will probly speed up as i run more fuel through it and up it to 16% nitro but im just wondering if anyone had similar experience.

1. give it a proper berak in
2. bump it up to 20% nitro
thats the general amount of nitro that works good with most engines, it will give you the power be 5% isnt much, sure you can run it on that, and tuning is also a major part, maybe 5% works fantasically **if properly tuned** and you want to break in the fuel you will use most

jesus 20% are you sure?! i know you can just about run it safe on that...ive heard 20% model techs running fine on a t15 powerplant....but then ive seen 25% cook a .12 within an hour...it was keeping up with my evo running a rear exhaust .18 tho...

fuel it up with some 16% tornado fuel. itll sort ALL your speed issues...5% is like running the engine on tapwater

well if 25% fried them in an hour then they cant tune, i started my 18ss on 20%. it ran pretty good, then i tried 25%, ran a little better, now the 18ss is fully modded and i feed it 25%, cant get it to die no matter what torture i put it through (i have seriously given it my best to kill the damn thing) 16% tornado fuel would be fine, but 20% is generally the best all around for power and its the most common, if you do up the nitro % and your nervous about it overheating or not getting enough oil, add some klotz benol, makes it runn like a champ, if you do switch %'s run 1-2 tanks easy on it because the engine has to sort of get use to it, there is a scientific name but i cant remember it
