Mindcrime and Rc Boss,

I'm looking at getting the 2 speed option, however have heard of the spur gear being relatively fragile - not necessarily IRC brand part but likely very similar in design;

1/ Is IRC Racing planning to release a tougher spur?
2/ Would the IRCP-30735 30T Spur from the single speed also fit the 2 speed gearbox?
3/ Has anyone come up with a fix to the leak issue on the plastic header?, or is the only solution to upgrade to tuned alum one.

Thanks for your time

1. We plan to introduce an upgraded spur gear but there is no release date at this time.
2. They both use the same 30T gear.
3. The only time we have heard of a leak is when the plastic header cracks so check it closely. We have not heard of any leaking problems with the header on the aluminum pipe option.

My Tuned pipe is leaking quite a bit. It leaks from the 3 springs connection, any suggestions (tighter springs?)

Also my 2 speed is stuck in 1 st gear, it was stuck in 2nd but just changed to stuck in 1st. I think you need to work on this 2 speed...I don't mind paying more for a better one, just make it and I will come...

Take off the springs carefully and check the seal between the header and the pipe, it may not be sitting properly.
