They are probably totally discharged? You don't want lipos to get disharged, they won't charge anymore. Do you have a volt meter? If so, check if there is still power in them. If there is still power in them, then I don't know what's wrong with them. It might also be your charger is not working?

Your charger automatically stops charging your battery when it's fully charged. Your two batteries are no good anymore. You'll have to replace them.

If you have a voltmeter please check the voltage on each cell, sometimes one cell charges higher than the other, tricking the charger into not charging the pack because it shows charged. When this happens you need to discharge the higher cell to the others voltage and re-charge, a blinky battery balancer would do this automatically for you, it also checks the voltage at connection to see if a cell is below the proper voltage and blinks a certain way.

This can happen if you use a different lipo charger intstead of the one shipping with the model. I zapped the pack that came with it on mine.

Used my Dynamite Vision Peak Ultra off the JST connector. Didn't have a balancer, or I guess I don't have any other 'balanced' packs. (Run a few cars and a blade CP, none of the other packs are 'balanced'), so I guess the pack is wired different or something.

I think the two cells are in series and not parallel, or vice versa. At any rate in my case it was a bad idea to use the JST plug to charge on this pack.

Here is how it is, within the pack is a voltage cutoff diode, it cuts at 4.2 volts so as not to overcharge the pack. It calls to cutoff charging when the first cell hits 4.2 volts. This causes the other pack to not get it's full charge even though it is a "balance charger" There are a few people who have had to discharge one cell to match the other to get a full charge. The blinky balancer handles packs that were (overcharged, under charged, or to charge), I have read reports of people bringing thier lipos back to life from it. I get a perfectly balanced pack with each charge on it. It's a steal at 25 bucks and you just use it with your standard lipo charger through the jst connector.
