Everyone knows that a big selling point of the RCV SP series is the capability for
3 & 4 blade props.

If this is the case, then why am I having such a difficult time finding video of this
setup in flight? I have looked and looked and I haven't found a single video which
shows an R/C airplane performing flybys, aerobatics, etc with an RCV engine fitted
with a 3 or 4 blade propellor. The closest video I have found is from the RCV website
and it only shows a B-25 landing. That's not a very good demonstration considering
that the engines are practically idling at low power for the glide-slope approach.

I would advise the RCV folks to get ahold of some real video of their engine in action
with a multi-bladed prop and post them on their website.

Meanwhile, can anyone provide such video?

Hi

We do have very limited video footage of any SP series engines at the moment, so we would be more than happy if anyone has any videos of their engines (especially with the larger props).
I will be on the lookout for such a video and if we post one on the website, I will let you know on this forum

Best regards
Laurenne

one guy named 'saramos' is building a top-flite spitfire.
he talks about it in the RC warbirds forums alot. it looks
like a nice build

that would be a most excellent demo. though he has
months probably before it flies.
