i used some regular old cheap packing tape, overlaped it twice, and its holding up good, do you guys think the Dynomite 007HT pipe is a good pipe for the St-1 engine, or if i should get something else since my friend was nice to loan it to me to try, its way to much for his sirio 23 in his revo, started to re-tune for the new pipe, slow but rewarding process

kindof, it was a 90* day so factory = very rich, but i got the HSN within the "range" and i will work on getting the LSN in the "range" for that day , even running rich the engine shure has power to spare with the pipe , when tuned right the low end is SO much more sensitive!

Yeah I have to tune my engine every weekend I race. Only takes me 3 minutes though.

As the engine leans the low end definitely gets more sensitive. It is funny though, at the end of a race my low end is leaner and you can noticeablly hear the engine revving up faster.

Almost all engines will do that when racing so you have to be careful nut to tune too lean because the engine temps get right up there and it always seems to start running leaner than where you initially set it

How many of you would be interested in getting a brushless conversion kit if one were made available?
I e-mailed Dan @ www.rcproductdesigns.com , and if I donate my ST-1, he would be willing to develop a kit over the winter, assuming there is enough interest.

I got the ST-1 running again after locking my center diff and man what a blast. Im a little lean on the LSN but its adjusted now. Theres a big gravel pile on the road a couple feet away and i have been LAUNCHING it mad far... I need hweels and tires but ihave about $1500 coming my way (sold my quad) going towards some upgrades for the ST-1 a nice radio and some tires/wheels. A new pipe maybe a new engine. I might have a .21 coming with a trade i have going right now. Cant wait. The rest of the $$$ is going towards a Baja 5B or the new 5T

U need to purchase a set of front or rear cvds & swap with one of the center cvds as the chassis is 5mm longer.
