No, I was actually WORKING today. :P

Nahh...Mrs. B is a sweetheart, and lets me explore my "creative side" through the camera lens. Besides...she's better lookin than ANY of the girls I shoot.

Well, that was Gordon's models (plural both of them), and mine was the Missus with her model. I still think that Gordon is in time-out. As to what you are doing wrong, I dunno. Mine likes Hot Rod cars, Boats Motorcycles, Airplanes (including full scale) playing Golf, just about all the fun things that I like to do. That might be the first thing, that is to find someone with the same likes as you. As to the looks thing, sometimes you just get lucky. After 5 kids and now 8 grandkids, I ain't about to trade her for nothing I've ever seen.

Bill,

For THAT answer, I think we probably have to give you that slot in the brotherhood you've been looking for. Anyone remember what number we're up to now?

As for the wife's picture with the Bulldog...I'd LOVE to shoot the wife...but just my luck, she ABHORS having her photo taken....just despises it. Now, earlier this year, as a combination birthday/anniversary present she was sweet enough to pose for me out at a local park....

I figure it this way...I'm old, fat, and bald, and yet somehow managed to marry a woman that is a terrific mom, fantastic cook, never worries about the money I spend on model airplanes, real airplanes, or poker, and supports me having a hobby that involves taking pictures of pretty young girls. All wrapped up in a package that looks like that. I'm really not sure how I pulled that off, but I don't think I'll whine about her not posing with my airplanes.

In all seriousness, the earlier shots (with the Bulldog) are my first steps into an idea I'm working on...and the results so far make me think it might just work.

Good point there, Gordon. I don't see how you could have used any less ultracote at all.
