what kinda wheels are that in that video av tryed pvc and a dont get any grip and av tryed taped slicks and theres too much grip

the majority of those cars were yokomo im pretty sure, they used a special yokomo ringed tyre. its a hard compound to start with, then they have 2 hard rubbers rings that are over the top, they can be moved around for different corners or different levels of grip.

Actually I doubt any of them were Yokomo Drift Packages. They are most probably Tamiya TT-01s and TL-01s. And they use PE pipe around their wheels to get them to slide.

i have a 10 turn in my t-01 and let me tell ya it's hard to keep a drift going sometimes cause it is so throttle sensitive. but you do get grip with abs. you just need to start off slowly when taking off . but some of those guys go on drccentral.com

actually they are yokomo, if you read the questions asked by people on the streetfire website.. someone asked where can i get one and the poster replied with - Reply to # 4: Submitted by b June 27, 2006 5:03 PM yokomo.com

Awesome video, cool music.

I am no big fanatic of drifting. I dig very much the flashing lights and specially many people running cars at the same time making it seem very real.
