Status: offline 		does the crystal in the mini t's tranmitter just slide out like the one in the reicever?

and

the little black tubes that come with deans connectors, what are those?

Status: offline 		The tubes are small pieces of heat shrink, they go over the solder connection so nothing touches it and gets shorted out.

Status: offline 		or you can just run the barrel of the soldering iron over it, not the tip but the area behind the tip that is cooler...works for me
