When i give full throttle and release the throttle, engine RPM does not come back to normal (it stays at high RPM) for 1 to 1.5 seconds. I showed it to my LHS and he said its normal for Engine RPM to take little while to come back to normal. Is it true?

Please advise, appreciate your help.

Status: offline 		when that happened to me, it was my low speed neddle, it was a little lean, i richened it up and wala perfect. people don't think making the low end ritch will make better proformance. it accually does

But isnt low speed needle for bottom end throttle response. My bottom end response is OK, but the Engine RPM does not reduce immediately after releasing full throttle, it takes like a second.
