yes you can get the micro machine bikes from walmart that come in a bubble

I believe 1/8th scale is the smallest you'll find in hobby grade bikes. People run Mamba brushless motors in them...

There are several people who have converted 1/12 and maybe smaller static models into quite usable R/C bikes.
Do a search in the motorcycle forum over at RC Groups and you'll find them.
