i have a big problem i ues Z poxy on my AT6 had no problems at all
i know i mixed it wright it will not dray completly
any idea???????????????

It was mixed correctly, ok.

Did you add any solvents to it to try and thin the mix a bit?

What is the resin painted over (usually not an issue with epoxy)

How long has it been since you mixed it?

If the part is at room temp the epoxy should cure in at least 24 hours. Some of the above may affect this. Can you warm the part? Stick it into the oven at about 100deg. Or, hang or stand it over a baseboard heater. for a day or so. The idea here is to get it warm and keep it warm for a while.

Anybody got any other ideas?

the parts are fome with Balsa on top
i dont think i can get it to the oven i did use mt heatgan
the Z is two weeks old and i think i mixed it good
i use the same one on the wing
????

Status: offline 		If you mixed it right and didn't use any thinning solvents, then time and heat will cause it to fully cure. Get the pieces as warm as you can, as suggested in previous post. It will cure eventually.

If not cured in 3 days, you may need to strip it and re-apply it. But first, you can contact your area's ZAP rep for their recommendation. Robart is the midwest rep. Frank Tiano the southeast rep.

I have found Z-Poxy Finishing resin to be very robust to work with. It has always properly cured for me. Temperature will speed up the curing process though.
