um well I don't go on trails or nothing cause there aren't really any around although sometimes I do go to this little forest area, though I haven't gone this year. I do love biking though, biked 10 miles yesterday and 7 today!

I love mountain biking, living here in Cali...we have tons of mountains, and 1000's miles of trails…once in while me and friends go, it takes us like 5-6 hours to get on top of the mountain and 3 minutes to come down…but those few minutes are worth millions
and we have like cheap $60 bikes...that are really heavy lol

You guys should all try Mountain Unicycling (MUni) I used to be really into that and Trails riding. It's really fun and an insane leg workout if you are doing heavy riding. Plus real men don't need 2 wheels .

Riding a unicycle is like riding a bike. Once you get the hang of it (Took me about 2 or 3 weeks) its really fun and a good workout since you can't coast like you can on a bike. You control how fast or slow you go with your legs. http://www.unicycling.com/brett/e_muni/faq.html theres some good reading if any of you are interested.

so you'r saying you'r a professional clown ? i'd love to see you attempt what i do on my bike with you'r unicycle, on the trail i go on , there are a series of 4 foot drops , and if you don't have allot of suspension than it will just bed a rim, and don't even try it on a walmart bike...

No I'm not a professional clown though I can juggle while riding . Some unicycles are built specifically for mountian riding, and trust me, they are just about bomb-proof. They can get just as expensive as mountain bikes (1-2 grand). I have a trials unicycle since there aren't many trails around where I live, but I have taken some 5+ foot drops and my uni has held up fine. These aren't the unicycles that you probably think about. They have big 3 inch wide knobby tires, splined axles, really thick crank arms, BMX type pedals, etc. http://www.unicycle.com/moviesandphotos.asp there are some trailers for videos if you want to see some riding.

I'm not a clown either though I like to clown around once in a while. I haven't got the hang of juggling and never will now - I'm getting too old. But like you say, it is similar to riding a bike - once it becomes second nature to you you can do other things while riding since you have your hands free. I like to fly my Raptor helicopter. At one time I had a sponsor that would buy me a stick of gum to chew everytime I rode the unicycle and flew. Talk about big money!
