what motor would be good for an upgrade that will work with the stock ecs or that is a stock 20-27 turn?

No need to upgrade the motor. Just get some PVC/abs tires, and you are set.

There is not much too it......

Just wash the inside of the body in warm water and washing up detergent before painting..... and make sure it is dry before painting . Leave the protecting film on the outside of the car on , until you are ready to apply the markings. Use tamiya masking tape for great results, and let the paint dry before spraying on the next coate. Also use polycarbonate paint for these bodys, and not regular spray paint found in hardware stores.
