Anyone with a Badger 150 USA airbrush I would appreciate some help please.

I just purchased a second hand Badger 150 USA airbrush, but unfortunately there are no instructions with it [:@]

Has anyone got a scanned copy they could mail to me.


Much appreciated if you could PM me if you have.

I don't recall any instructions with the air brush other than maybe a parts list.
I would recommend you take it apart and clean it after use. The entire brush comes apart including the two part spray head. If you are familar with air brushes in general then you should't have any real problems. If you aren't then experiment with the brush.
I use about 20-30 psi depending on what paint I'm shooting. I also have a water trap and separate regulator.. both are very usefull. The water trap for me is essential.

Well Bob I have been rumbled [:D]

I have taken it to bits with the intention of giving it a clean. I am familiar with full size spray equipment but this is new to me.

The only part I am having trouble seating correctly is a small "loose" metal plate that sits close to the fire button. I think as you lean the fire button back it is supposed to push the needle further back and deliver more product. I can't see how to get the little blighter to seat correctly. [:(]

Any help for a stupid Englishman would be greatly received!!

Jolly.. what you need to do is 1. make sure the arch faces backwards.. and then 2. you have to put the part in sideways and turn it 90 degrees once in the slot. Hold it in place with your finger and slide the needle through the opening in the part until it protrudes through the end.. The part should sit on top of the air release vavle. Your 150 is a double action brush.. air and paint control from one button..
