AND TUNED THE MOTOR....WELL MY QUESTION IS
LIKE I HAVE IT ON MY STARTED BOX AND EVERYTHING
AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE MOTOR IS LOCKED OR SIEZED
OR SOMETHING....ANY ADVICE OR ANYONE KNOW
WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE...THANXS

Status: offline 		I would be skeptical and look for some markings on the engine that were done with an engraver.

As far as the engine being stuck, pry the flywheel in the direction that your starter box will be spinning it with a flathead screwdriver. When engines are new they tend to get stuck at TDC (top dead center),

MOUNT IT IS CLEARLY ENGRAVED RON PARIS....HUGEEEE MOTOR AND HUGE COOLING HEAD

Status: offline 		My new callari xs400 is a real pain in the ass on a starter box...

I have to manually turn the fly wheel each time. Even when I use a hair dryer.

I figure I've got about 8 or 9 tanks through it now...

Status: offline 		Some peeps use a Heat Gun or Hair dryer on their engine to pre - heat it when its new and going thru break in. A cold tight engine can be murder on starter boxes .. and hard on the engine and especially the connecting rod/bushings.

hah anyways, my P5X did the smae thing. Thought it was defective so I called amain and this guy told me he could send me a new one, but he guaranteed it'd do the same crap. So just keep workin at it.

Status: offline 		Any small high HP/ high end engine is gonna have a tight pinch, thats a good thing. Even if the engine has a half dozen or even more tanks of fuel through it, it could still be catchy when it hits TDC. My novarossi 528 xrp was a biotch like this until I had a half gallon or better of fuel through it.

How much did you pay for this engine and can you post some pics?

i have 2 extra pipes and some air filters..and a brand new fuel filter...

Yeah sorry, I should have explained it a bit better. Thanks to whoever did...

It really does help though. Especially for the .32 that I have the one-way bearing in the rotostart is going
and unless I heat it up it just spins and won't turn over the engine.

You should allways pre-heat anyhow least thats my opinion... I used to hate doing it but now its just part of starting
