dam,, first poke !!! i drilled the new caliber in made my turn back and had a brain fart !! for some stupid reason didnt level her back out. and from there i was knife edgeing ,,hehe they will do it !! got dis oriented and passed the radio to my instuctor but buy then she was too low to recover. hit like a cender block. he did manage to get it almost upright .
damage=
ONE mixing arm , that was it !!!
only my second attemp of foward flight. but now the new is gone and wont be as worried now. been in planes for 15 years and this is like starting all over.not as easy as i thought,but well get the hang of it !!!!

HA,,,,, mine was worse than that..lol.i was out by myself.thought i was ready to try F-F,did some time on the sim but not enough tho,feeling pretty good doing 30 foot hovers,side to side,power lifts ,so i thought what the heck,brought her up to about 25 feet turned the nose to the right ,started forward 45 deg left turn went out about 150 feet did a 180 bank turn,leved out on the right to left but forgot to level the nose out,slow motion it went into the ground,blades shreded the head broke off,to much damage so it wasent good,it was big fun waiting for summer tho..
