O.K. so I going for the hyper. But I have read that on the venture, I will require a 'thrust washer/hub' (the aluminium hub that a propellor sits against in an aeroplane application) that is included on the non-hyper motor but not on the hyper version. Can some confirm that and if so, does anyone have the part numbers I will need to order. Or is there another way?

I can confirm that the thrust/hub you mentioned does not come with the hyper 50...at least one didn’t come with mine. Now that I think of it, it didn’t come with my OS 37 either. I would be surprised if one came with the non-hyper 50 versions.

I FLY THE VENTURE 30 ALSO...HAS BEEN DOING GREAT ALL SUMMER ALTHOUGH I AM STILL IN THE HOVER MODE. I HAVE A FRIEND EXPERIENCED IN HELOS AND HE FLIES IT GREAT. ONE THING
I FOUND ABOUT TAIL WAG WAS MY ROTOR SPEED WAS TO HIGH. ONCE I TRIMED THE ENGINE DOWN A LITTLE IT DID FINE. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE REVO MIX IN YOUR TRANSMITTER TURNED OFF. NOT NEEDED WITH THE TAIL LOCK GYRO. HAVING AN OPTICAL TACH HELPS ALOT IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ONE. KIND OF EXPENSIVE TO BUY...ABOUT $80 BUCKS.
HAVE YOU BALANCED YOUR ROTOR BLADES.? I TRASHED THE WOODEN ONES AND BOUGHT A SET OF MAVRICK COMPOSITE BLADES.

OS did ship the 50sxh with the trust washer and woodruff key, the hyper ships without but you can order it if you need.

Den, typing in all caps is considered shouting, please refrain, also posts that are all caps are harder to read and more likely to get skipped over.

Thanks
