YES DA-50!!! Keep the winspan greater than 85" and the weight around 14.5 lbs AND ARF IT!!!!! And give an option for a pro hardware pack for an extra fee including the best of the best in hardware ->CF Linkages, CF tailwheels, Super light tires, etc....

I have frowned on kits for the past few years b/c I never had anywhere to build them. Finally got disgusted today and went out and built a building table!! So yes a kit version would be good as well. There is just not a good DA-50 profile out there right now. The hybrid (which I have with the DA-50) could stand a bit more power. I think a good 87" Fusion or Yak or maybe even katana profile would be a head turner. It would certainly have my vote for 50cc class airplane b/c lets face it. Other than the Mighty (no longer produced) EF Yak the 50cc catagory is full of "ok airplanes". If someone created one that flew every bit as good as the 40 sized profiles I know I for one would be intrested.

like southern said........ make the wingspan at 85" and the weight under 15lbs . get the kit in a box where by you can ship via USPS so, shipping international is possible.
i think if they can echieve this, they will have a very successful plane

Believe me guys, I'm listening and drooling over the bigger Fusion ideas. They will come......they will come. Oh, and like OMP tradition I'll be putting out kits first with arfs to follow after that. Only thing is I can't give a timeline but these are hot tickets for my current programs...that's all I can say.

Hi little Forrest. This is Dad and oh yeah, John (aka CoverJockey) up here in Wis. It's a tough job but somebody's got to do it.

Sorry for the Hijack. Now back to design work!
