Status: offline 		So I have been cruisin this site and got some good info on the blade cx before I purchased mine. I have to agree that the cx is an awesome lil heli. I have about 15 flights so far and it comes to me being cocky the reason I have to replace parts. I thought I was getting quite good I only had to replace one blade on the upper blades. Then I got real cocky and on the second day I decided to try and land on the top of the ceiling fan (obviously when it was still) well i nicked the ceiling fan blade with (what was a whole blade) heli rotor and it goes nose down 15 feet onto the ceramic floor. The canopies really do crumple (which is good) and save the frame and electronics. So I head off to the LHS for the third time in 2 days and let me tell you it is a 40 min drive from where I am. They have replacement blades (bought 2 packs) and the inner rotor shaft, but the caopies are out of stock and will not be in till tommorrow. So I ask the kid can you remove a conopie from the body kit sell it to me as a canopie (pricewise) and when the canopies come in tommorrow to put it back in the package to make a complete body kit again. He said flat out NO can you believe that you spend 340.00 at a LHS and they cant help you save a 40 min trip(oneway). By the way the LHS is HOBBY CENTRAL in Fort Walton Beach and the service agents name I do not remember but he is a little guy with blond spiked hair and earings.
Other than taking another 1 1/2 hours out of my day tommorrow for a canopie all is good and the heli is flyin sweet again just without a canopie.
