Ok, thanks Capitan. I spent alot of time trying to get both the controller (in WinXP) and the video card to work,
and the helicopter sounded like it was sitting idling the whole time. You got 40 minutes, I got zero.
It sure looks fancier than FMS, and $30 isn't all that much to lose.
Right when I finally figured it out, time expired
Thank You.

I had to pay and register to see if it did indeed work for me.
So far, not too well.
I emailed in my log.txt file
We shall see.

I suspect it is your video driver. Get the latest one from ATI. You OpenGL version is 2.0.5279 and the one that works well is 2.0.5525 There was a freesing problem with some of the ATI drivers some time ago.

Now I have 2.0.5885
The Pitts still freezes. Some planes work, some don't.
Most helis don't, I think one of them does. I don't care about
helicopters, I never fly them. I downloaded some of the planes
from "Ken Site" some fly, some don't. The one I can think of that
does not from there is the Yak-55.
What is unique about the Yak-55 from that site and the Pitts that
comes with the SW that would make them freeze? Maybe that is
a clue? I don't know. One heli that I remember would freeze is called
"xrblama". "micro electric H2" is the one I think that appeared to not
freeze. I don't know how well it flew, I know nothing about helicopters.
I would want every airplane to fly, if possible. Helicopters too. Maybe I
can learn to play with them if I can get them to not freeze.

Now I know exactly where we are.

You had two issues:

1. Freesing
2. Low frame rate for some models

The freesing was taken card of with the new ATI driver.

The reason for low frame rate for XRB Lamma, Pitts and some other
models is this:
- They all are very high polygon models (high level of detail). Your
video card is running out of steam and will not handle these models.
Some of Ken's site models are high polygon count and may not run well
on your computer.

As I offered you before, if the program does not work well on your
computer, just let me know and I will proceed with refund. Just
de-activate the program and send me the de-activation number.

I am an FMS fan,

There are some good photo based scenes free on the web. Maybe the flight characteristics are not as good as some other programmes.

However, I set the wind to around 4 m/s with gusts of 0.5 m/s and it makes flights more realistic.
I have even started to design my own aircraft and if you muck up your par files you will find it interesting to find a stalled plane literally fall out of the sky with minimal chance of recovery.
