Hi folks..

I just purchased this kit online, and this is the first time i get myself into Rock Crawling. I think it will be fun!

Here are some pics of this truck....it is slightly longer than my E-maxx.....i am just waiting for the wheels and tire to arrive to put it together for a virgin run~~

Greeting form Hong Kong

Just got the wheels from Gmade too......but i think i still need the 12mm to 14mm adaptor with extended width.....because there are some slight rubbing btw the tire and the support arm!

So anyone know about the current status of RC4WD? I think they are the only one with that adaptor right?

Thank you all!

nice crawler and radio i love the looks i get with mine its funny
and word of advice those servos being up front are going to limit your aproach angle id suggest mounting your servo ontop of the axle it will make a world of diffrence
And welcome to Rock Crawling its awsome!

Nice truck, i also ordered the same wheel/tire combo, i guess you don't have any wheel adaptors on, excepr for the ones that come with the wheels? you can try thundertech for adaptors, i think they will give you a little over 1" extra clearance

HI Cartronicshn

THank you for th eadvise...but i just placed an order thru ebay on RC4WD (which are heavily criticise by a fair amount of people due to poor shippment management)...for a set of 12mm to 14mm adaptors (with 1" width extension)....

Lucky i got contact with the owner of RC4WD to make sure they have the stock before i place them..i hope to receive those adaptors soon.....

Tom

Hi Cartronicshn..

I actually email him thru their EBAY on line shop......and Mike responded while you guys are still in the bed (he said he is the ngiht shift contact within RC4WD)...i contact them via this email address:

rcrock@gmail.com

I hope this info can help you out..and the extreme fast response is something what i don't expected from them after reading alot of the negative comments about them....anyway..hope it doesn't affect me ..and i am looking forward to those adapters~~

Tom

Got some time out to take some pics btw the Gorilla Maxx and the Gmade....

both are nice truck..but going for completely different purpose...one for speed and handling...one for slow powerful crawling~~~

And i thought e-maxx was huge (at least in my collections)......after putting it side by side next to a Gmade Clod....erthh...i kinda need to think again~~~

Even the tyre is a big difference between the two...keep in mind the tire on the E-maxx is from REVO..which is already quite big...........
