It was a giveaway in a promotioin and I wound up with it.
I actually bought two, but in a weak moment sold one to a flying buddy. DAG I finished mine in Oct of last year and it's a beaut! I love this plane. I replaced wood where I could and built it light. It as Moki 1.35 and has plenty of power at 9lbs 2oz. That gives it a wing loading of 22oz/in. Flies nice and slow with nice inverted elevators etc. I have some other pictures on my site at http://www.****/pages/bobnj/ on the planes page. What kind of flying do you like, and how much does this one weigh?

Like a lot of vertical and 3D type flying.
Don't know what the planes weight is but I do know who built it. He was a builder for Ohio R/C for many years till he started his own building enterprize and it very good at it.
Think I am going to get it if it isn't gone. What would be the minimum engine for 3D Bob?
The reason I ask the guy has a 91FX for sale too.

Again, the weight would be a consideration. My first reaction is that it might be light for the type of flying you like. How much does he want for it? Send pictures

I got the plane and the motor yesterday Bob.
The plane built and all the hardware were about the price of the kit but he can't find the cowl. I may have to get another one. Any Ideas?

The 91fx has just a couple flights on another plane. He said try it and see if it works on the Freedom but mounting it will be some work. If it does we can make a deal.

You mean light in power or overall plane weight?

The cowl could be a problem though. Mine didn't fit well at all. What happened to it?

The plane only has a few flights and was never installed. Got lost I guess.

I am calling the original owner to see Bob

What about the 91FX anyone?

How much for the pants Bob? There cowl is gone. He threw it away because it was plastic. Oh well.
On the bright side there is a never opened kit in his shop I may be able to deal him out of
