Status: offline 		I'm not sure what type of charger that is but I can tell you this: If its not a LiPo charger then DON'T use it on LiPoly batteries.

Status: offline 		If it has a 3 cell balance connector, it will charge a 3 cell battery, if its the stock charger then i don't know, it might only be compatible with a 2 cell lipo.

Status: offline 		The charger is a stock eflite charger that I use with my Blade CX.That is for the 800aMh 2 cell lipo battery.
SO will that charger work on a 3 cell lipo ?

Status: offline 		I believe it is designed to work only with the E-Flite 2 cell LiPo. As I recall, the balance/charge connector has only three pins, which isn't enough to balance charge a 3 cell. It might be possible to modify it to work with a 3 cell, but you're taking a big risk there. You can get a decent LiPo charger for about $50-100.

Status: offline 		It won't work with a 3 cell, it will only work with a 2cell battery.

The Thunder Power 425 is a nice 2 - 5 cell charger, 45 bucks or so. I have one and it is great.

The Great Planes LiPoly 4 charger is also a nice one, lets you charge 4 batteries at once. $100

Both of these need a DC power source, either a car battery or a AC/DC converter. These run $50 and up.

Note that the above chargers are not balancing chargers, so you may want to get a Balancer as well. I use a TP-205.

But that is for my airplane batteries. For the CX, I use the included charger are AC Adapter.

If you get a Blade CP Pro , then it comes with the 3-cell charger, which I believe can use the same AC adapter from the CX.

EDIT: Poster below is correct. I meant to say CP Pro in my initial email. Sorry.

The CP comes with a NiMH charger for the NiMH battery it comes with. The CP Pro on the otherhand comes with Lipo batteries.
