if your using WOT most of the race you won't even be in the race because your bat will be dead.

if im using wot in the race i won't be in the race cause i would have a car flip over that fence onto the bridge lol. soi geuss im gonna use the 6800. what is the stock rc18t spur??

if it is an 18T then the gearing is 14/55, same as the 18B. the only one that comes with the right spur and pinion is the 18MT 10/60.

I doubt that, most races are 5-6 minutes.

lol mabye in 20 years when it happens lol. i actually don't know what i'm like at racing. i have only brought my pede there (don't ask. kind of a bet i would say)and got my pride taken away lol

Before you order the 6800, check out the actual Castle Creations recomendation of motors. They specifically say that to race with more then 6 cells on the 6800 is not a very good choice. Then look at what they say for the 5400.

There is no way the 5400 is even close to a stock motor performance wise.

ok so i'm getting it at the lhs today( the 6800). well not really me but i have to get it all ready so my grampa can pic it up. so what do i ask for when i want to get the spur and pinion

should i say i need a 10 tooth pinion and a 60 tooth spur for the rc18t or should i say the pitch. if so what is the pitch

always go for more power , just use throttle controll, if i had any more tourque on my 18mt then i would be wheelieing all the time, it just spins at the moment, well the back wheels hook up and the fronts just spin

oops, sorry about that missed your post, ask for an rc18t pinion and spur 10/60 is a good combination
