ok so i have got it in and installed except i'm having trouble with the mesh. and i can't do the paper trick due to the upper chassis

well i do it just by looking. it's easy. what i do is just push them all the way in and then slowly back it out until i see a 1-2 mm gap. on bigger cars i do anywhere between 2-5 depending on size of spur and clutchbell/pinion. most mini cars are around the same size.

after i spin out the car kinda makes a little crunching noise and stalls for a second then drives off. is this normal?

the crunching noise isn't but the stall is. it doesn't happen if you keep moving, well actually it only happens to me sometimes, i fixed it by getting the gear mesh perfect.

i thing the problem in the shaft not having a flat part and the pinion is slipping. how can i fix this( why do the have no flat part on the shaft)

tighten the pinion up, or you could have cogging, does it do it towards the end of the pack or all the way through?

well the trasck near is kinda in between and i use 6800 and it is wicked fast but i can control pretty good in those tight corners yet againn im using 6cell 100gp batts ps my track is smaller than yours

dude this thing is aweeesome. i jumped my car at least 20 feet of a 6 inch high ramp. i musta only been a foot off the ground. i need to gear to 10/60 though. 11/60 isn't passing the 5 second rule after a pack. but it's 35 degree's (CELCIUS) HERE SO IT'S PRETTY HOOOOTTT.



ps: i thank you all for your help and i will post the video here in around 1 week and 3 days of me tearing up the track lol
