i need to know which mamba i should run on this ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYgRbi5Cxlk ) TRACK.

i am driving a rc18t and i have to run 7 cell.

i am leaning towards the 6800 butm i don't know what speeds i would get or if it is overkill.

i want to be faster than the others but still have good handling not anything insane.

also i need to know what pinion i would run with the suggestion.

Honestly the 6800 is way to much power for racing at that track. You are going to have to lightly feather it so much around those tight spots of the track. I would say go with the 5400. That motor is very fast however super manageable for the technical parts of the track.

The 6800 and especially the comp x (8000kv) package are way too powerful to race in with a mini unless you are on a huge track.

i was told the 5400 is like a stock motor. i think im gonna go with the 6400 and if i don't like it i'll just save up for a 5400 motor.

i've seen a guy using a 5400 and the stock at our track, and i was running the stock pack and a baja and he blew me out the door, he was going atleast 10 mph faster than me, and by the size of that track i think the 5400 would be perfect. i wish i lived there, that looks like an awesome track .

5400 is a great all around track motor, not my personal pick, but it would suit you well.

well the guy with the 5400 and the stock pack was going over 30mph for sure. with a 7 cell you should get 35mph or so, which i think might be a little to fast for that track.

You'd be in the mid 20's, I doubt you will hit 30 though.
