sometimes they just dont know whats what, when i used to run nitros on my street, without the shell on, if it would stall this kid accross the road would goto pick it up buy the big shiny handle (cooling head), i swear i screamed at him 5 different times not to lol

Watch what you say about stupid teens ok . I was 9 when I got my first real rc car , it was a cox kit . But that was 21 years ago and people in general were more responsible than these days . In those days you had to be some what mechanically inclined so maybe that helped . I`d have to say not all teens are stupid and can handle the responsibility . Just there are more unresponsible people now then ever .

I just saw the pics, that upside-down one looks exactly like that old hasbro rc car, just nitro.

Yea I remember that thing. I'm 16 now, and I remeber my friend having one of those. It was a great basher for the indoors. Could drive ot off any surface such as couches, tables, and pooltables. Could the engine possibly be placed sideways and work that way? Then it would always at least be runing the same way, I think. Too much to think about when it flips over.

not to burst anyones bubble... but the stupid teens do buy hobby grade rc's also... you get them in the forums all the time

anyone remeber the online video where the HPI savage was rigged to fall apart after a small jump and then the teen kicks it after?
who is more stupid? the Teen purposely damaging a $500 Hobby Grade truck, or a teen driving a $179 Hasbro Nitro?

yeah it does look like one of their earlier electric all terrain rc's... guess they had a lot of surplus stock left over

this thread is rather funny...

1) who cares if you can go to walmart and but a nitro car... if your in this sport to be different and only to be cool then thats retarded...

2) who cares if they're budget... they're at walmart.

3) who cares if they get hurt let the companies deal with it and if your worried don't buy it for your kids.

What you should care about:

1) almost brand new never run non-returnable walmart brand nitro rc cars posted in classified adds for $35 cause the kid can't figure it out.

2) watch out for the smart ones that did figure it out at your nearst LHS buying a new CRT or a nice kyosho buggy because he wants to actually get
into the thick of things with real equipment.

3) if these things sell like crazy, then think of the cool spin off nitro r/c's that'll come out of it. look at the RICOCHET, regardless of how it will work its somehting new that can go without ever having to be turned back on its wheels. (couldn't they just run a floating pickup to allways get fuel?)

I dunno all I see is moaning and complaining... big deal if these come to Canada, I'm gonna buy one for my G/F.

No one is moaning or complaining . It is called a discussion on a discussion forum , that`s what it is for . If you don`t care then why do you even look at this thread or even post on it . I don`t post on threads I don`t care about or have no interest in .Seems to me the only one moaning is you .

i just hope hasbro doest pull the bs nikko crap and make the cars so that you cant remove the parts or replace the broken ones

Obviously you haven't even read the artical!!!! These trucks will have parts support... It states in the artical that Hobby Town will be the parts Supporter.
